Return and Refund:
If you purchase a bronze statue of St. Kateri and you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the
sculpture to Joe Kenney Studio for a full refund of the purchase price and cost of shipping to you –
provided that:
(a) You notify us by email, Kateri@JoeKenneySculpture, within three (3) business days following the
date you received the sculpture stating that you intend to return the sculpture;
(b) You ship the sculpture back to us at your cost by UPS Ground insured for the full purchase price that
you paid;
(c) You ship to sculpture to us within five (5) business days from the date you received it; and
(d) You send an email to us confirming shipment along with the UPS tracking number.
No return or refund if the sculpture is shipped out of the United States.
